This is our “classic” sightseeing tour, where we ride past the “must sees” of Copenhagen, while our local guide will give you the history and anecdotes connected to what you are passing.
The route is approximately 10 kilometres and we will take you past the main sights in Copenhagen including the Parliament, the Queen’s castle and the Little Mermaid. The route is packed with the beautiful scenery of Copenhagen and we will be riding along both the canals and the harbour as well as some of Copenhagen’s many parks.
On this tour, you’ll get a perfect glimpse of the City of Cyclists combined with the more traditional sights in the Danish capital. Join us on this tour, if your in Copenhagen for the first time or just want to revisit the major tourist attractions.
Cycling Copenhagen keeps the tours very informal and rides only in smaller groups, so there is plenty of time to ask questions about the sights, places or people that we pass, or any other questions that may pop up. The tour starts at our meeting point with a small introduction to our bicycles and a brief introduction to the many unwritten rules of the bike lane. Don’t worry, Danes are friendly and used to a lot of new cyclists in the streets.
