Appreciating this luxury the hotel concept creators strived to fill guests time with experience but yet to give space for repose. Art meets St George guests from the lobby stairs where installation by famous Ai Weiwei is floating under the ceiling. Aalto's findings in functional design can be found in Winter Garden while today and even future functional design findings can be found in hotel rooms. There are 148 guests rooms and 5 suites.
St. George building is overlooking the Old Church park and it was home to Finnish Literature Society for many years. Winter Garden today is a social living room with artisan cocktails, afternoon teas and wholesome tastes. There’s a charming bakery and the fine dining Thai restaurant in the hotel as well. St George’s Spa was designed with the purpose to help restore mental and physical equilibrium, be it for a city break or a business visit.
