Day 1: Welcome to Bergen
You are warmly welcome in Bergen – the second biggest city in Norway, where rich history is tightly intertwined with the modern life. Your private driver will meet you at the airport, assist with luggage and transport you to the hotel.
You can dedicate the rest of the day for exploring Bergen center on your own. Find out more about the history of the city founded over 900 years ago, which was a threshold of the Hanseatic League in mid centuries. Walk along the Bryggen Hanseatic Wharf – the key historical attraction of the city listed as UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site.

Day 2: Half day in Bergen and transfer to Flåm
Whether you arrived late on the previous day or were tired to explore Bergen, you can do it today. Following your breakfast at a hotel, you can choose to have a private walking tour or a tour by car. Walking with your private guide will give you a chance to pass through the
main sites in Bergen. See the old fortress of Bergen and the oldest St.Mary church, walk in Historic Bryggen Wharf, go to the top of Fløyen mountain by funicular to enjoy the splendid views. When you get down, visit the famous fish market to taste the local delicacies or simply stroll through the souvenir shops.
Driving wth your private guide will have you a chance to reach some gems outside downtown. Visit Edward Grieg’s home museum, feel the charm of old times in the Old Bergen Open Air Museum, or get to see the local Stave Church.
After having your lunch, hop on the car with your private guide to go towards Flam. Following the scenic 2hour drive, passing by the towns of
Dale and Voss, you stop at Tvindefossen waterfall. Next stop is at Stalheim hotel for the view point over UNESCO protected Nærøyfjord valley. After descending on Stalheimskleiva serpentine road (available from May to September) you arrive to the old viking village Gudvangen, where you will board on the 2 hour Premium fjordcruise along the two branches of Sognefjord: Nærøyfjord and Aurlandsfjord. Upon your request, you can also go on RIB boat or a private yacht. Your private guide will meet you in Flåm to check you in your hotel.
Optionally you can drive up to Stegastein viewpoint some 45 minutes away from Flåm to see the magnificent evening colors of Aurlandsfjord. Then you have a free evening at your posession.

Day 3: Trip from Flåm to Loen with Glacier visit
Following your breakfast, hop in the car for an exciting ride through the stunning natural wonders. First, climb up the narrow road to Stegastein viewpoint, overviewing Flåm and the fjord from 650 meters above. Next drive through the Europe’s longest tunnel, to then cross the fjord on a ferry with the car. You will pass a few towns on the way, so you can feel yourself free to stop for the views, photos, or simply relax. Total duration of travel is around 4,5-5 hours. When you reach the town of Olden, you will continue your drive towards Briksdal Glacier. Briksdal Glacier is an arm of Jostedal Glacier – the biggest European continental glacier, which size and the area depend on
temperature and precipitation. Near the glacier you will hop on the shutlle carts that will deliver you closer to the glacier. A 10 minute walk will lead you right next to the glacier. You will not have a hike there, though the place is truly spectacular to see. Total duration of the visit around 2 hours.
After visiting the glacier, drive towards your hotel in Loen back through Olden. Loen is a tranquil town located in the end of Innvikfjord. Spend a quite evening walking near the water and enjoying the sunset colors reflecting from the calm fjord waters.

Day 4: Trip from Loen to Geiranger through breathtaking Dalsnibba
Following the breakfast at your hotel in Loen, hop in the car with your private guide and prepare for a rather short, yet spectacular ride high in the mountains through long tunnels and narrow serpentine roads. You will go towards Dalsnibba – the viewpoint located at 1,5 km above sea level giving you simply undescribable views all the way down to the village of Geiranger and Geirangerfjord.
As you go down from Dalsnibba, you will stop at Flydalsjuvet viewpoint located in 4km from the village of Geiranger to take more photos of Geirangerfjord. Next stop is the village of Geiranger, where you can check in to your hotel, have lunch and relax. Optionally you can get back to the car and drive with your guide up towards Ørnesvingen “Eagle Road” along the narrow serpentine to look at Geirangerfjord from another angle.
Evening is free at your posession. You can walk around Geiranger, hike up along the streams falling from the surrounding mountains and flowing into the fjord, and simply enjoy this little busy village.

Day 5: Trip from Geiranger to Ålesund through the Trolls’ Road
Following your breakfast, check out from the hotel and meet your private driver/guide for a pick up. You will drive towards the town of Åndalsnes, but first you climb up the Eagle’s Road, where you can stop to look at Geiranger from the other side. After you pass over the mountain, you go down to cross another fjord by ferry with your car. Continue your way to reach one of the tour’s highlights – the Trolls’ Road. Take a look at this fabulous creation – the road that snakes up on the mountain from the vast valley. Driving down the road will pump your heart and take your breath even if you are an experienced roadrunner.
When you reach Åndalsnes, you can have some short break or lunch in this neat little town located at Romsdalsfjord. Continue driving along
Romsdalsfjord and through some deep valleys leading you to the gem of Norway’s West Coast – Ålesund. Total duration of the ride around 5 hours. Following your check in into your hotel, you can spend the second half of the day at your leisure.

Day 6: Day in Ålesund, farewell
This is the last day of your trip. Depending on your flight arrangements, you can spend a half of the day in Ålesund doing various activities. Climbing up the Aksla viewpoint is a nice exercise with rewarding views on numerous islands of Ålesund. You can choose to go to Alnes Lighthouse on Godøya island – the most photographed lighthouse in Norway. Climb up on top and see the waves of harsh open North sea. You can choose to visit The Atlantic Sea Park of Ålesund to meet various sea animals in one of Scandinavia’s largest saltwater aquariums. You can also have a fun 1,5 hour RIB cruise along near islands or simply stroll along the beautiful streets charmed by Art Nouveau architecture.
Your private driver/guide will deliver you to Ålesund airport around 3 hours prior your departure.
