Wine cellar, tennis courts, sauna, perfect jogging and walking be Ulvhäll Manor, dating back to the 1800’s, is located 70 km south-west of Stockholm by Lake Mälaren. Rent the whole manor and live as the lord or lady of the manor whilst using it as you wish. In the main building there are 13 bed rooms, drawing rooms, meeting rooms, dining rooms, saloons, a billiard room, and not least of all, Ulvhäll's unique cooking studio, where you can prepare your own food. Or why not turn the dinner preparation into an exciting gastronomic tour across Sweden and learn more about Swedish specialties under the guidance of skilled a chef.
Here you rent the whole manor to enjoy all by yourselves. There are no other guests and you use the entire house as you please. If you are in need of total privacy, we will even withdraw all of our staff from the manor. You will spend the night under the beams in one of Ulvhälls’s 13 attic rooms with altogether 25 beds. If your party needs more sleeping facilities, there is an adjacent Annex where you will find another 19 rooms whereof
14 are lofts. The Annex has altogether 42 beds.
On the middle floor of the Mansion you will find various saloons, dining rooms, meeting rooms and a billiard room. The first floor offers meeting rooms, dining rooms, a bar and maybe most important, Ulvhäll’s unique kitchen studio with seven complete cooking stations. Here you can choose to cook all by your self or together with a chef that will lead you to a gourmet dinner created by you and your colleagues. Of course you can also choose to get your food served as in a normal restaurant which then is prepared by one of our catering partners for example Edsbacka Bistro.
Under the mansion you will find a wonderful and authentic Wine cellar where you can enjoy wines you brought yourself as Ulvhäll has no licence to sell wine or other alcoholic beverages, that you bring by your self.
There is a wonderful sauna by our lake front with its own connecting bathing jetty. You can choose between a traditional sauna or steam sauna. There is also a larger jetty which can receive deep-water boats, Stockholm’s City Hall is only one hour away by boat. A motorboat for 8 people with skipper can be rented. Fishing is unrestricted in Lake Mälaren, and we are happy to organize a fishing guide. Two brand new hard court tennis courts are available for keen tennis players, and a tennis coach can be provided.
Contemporary art on the walls is part of the formula to create a unique truly atmosphere.
