BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS

Booking conditions, deposit amount and payment schedule depend from accommodation and service providers. You will be advised at the time of booking when this is the case. When service is booked, Easy Travel sends an email/voucher as a confirmation. All amendments/cancellations must be sent in written form.

CANCELLATION FEES & CHARGES

Guided tours & activities (both private & group): free cancellation 72 hours prior to the service, 100% penalty afterwards.
Transfers: free cancellation 72 hours prior to the service, 100% penalty afterwards.
These conditions apply unless stated otherwise with regard to a particular service

PAYMENT

Payment can be done by an invoice or a credit card

PASSPORT AND VISA

Valid passports are required. Check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the latest visa requirements.

CHANGES

Prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. Easy Travel reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Easy Travel also reserves the right to withdraw a tour or any part of it to make such alterations in the itinerary or with the tour inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable and to pass on to tour members any expenditures or losses caused by delays or events beyond its control. Itineraries and arranged sightseeing are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned, but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued

OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR TOUR

We promise to make sure that the tour arrangements we have agreed to make, perform or provide, as applicable, as part of our contract with you are made, performed or provided with reasonable skill and care.
We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss possessions and loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following: – the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the client(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your tour and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable

CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about your trip please inform us at the time in order that we can attempt to rectify the matter. If satisfaction is not reached through these means then any further complaint should be put in writing to us within 30 days of the end of the tour

WEBSITE ACCURACY

The information contained on our website and in our other advertising material is believed correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing or publication. However, errors may occasionally occur, especially with regards to exchange rates and information may subsequently change. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen tour (including the price) with us at the time of booking

Easy Travel collects personal information which is needed to us in order to provide our services. It can be name, gender, nationality, date of birth, email or contact details, etc., depending on a service you booked with us. In case payment method is a credit card, CC information is also required. We have several ways to collect the data: via the phone, booking forms and requests, emails
